3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to islasfgs10@gmail.com.
- Cancellations made 14–29 days in advance will receive a 50% refund (deposit is non-refundable).
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may qualify for full refunds.
- One date change may be allowed if requested at least 14 days before your original event date if space is available.
Please refer to your specific contract or booking confirmation for detailed terms.
4. User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, testimonials, event photos, or other content through our site or social media, you grant Isla’s Place a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You confirm that:
- You are the original creator or have permission to share the content
- Your content does not infringe on the rights of others
- Your submission does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
5. Age Restrictions
